Yes, absolutely. Villa Laranjeiras is 100% ground level (barrier-free) and offers a spacious garden. For families, we provide high chairs, baby cots, a baby monitor, and a large selection of beach toys, board games, and drawing materials free of charge. The third bathroom is also equipped with a large bathtub. Note: The pool is not fenced, so small children should be supervised outdoors. Additionally, the house is built on sand – the entire garden is basically one giant sandbox!

You live wonderfully quietly surrounded by nature, yet you are just minutes away from the hotspots: The beautiful Praia do Carvalhal beach (with surf schools and beach clubs) is only a 6-minute drive away. The newly opened and award-winning Dunas Golf Course and the new Torre Course can be reached in just under 5 minutes. A rental car is highly recommended.

Perfectly. We know how important reliable internet is. The villa is equipped with very fast fiber-optic internet and stable WiFi via multiple repeaters (>200Mbps in all rooms). Upon prior request, we are happy to provide a dedicated workspace with a 27-inch monitor (USB-C), an HD webcam, and a printer free of charge. Additionally, we can provide a separate laptop power supply if needed (though most laptops charge directly via the monitor's USB-C cable). By the way: The entire house is well-equipped with charging options. You will find at least one multi-charging cable in every bedroom, and a large charging station in the living room for all your devices.

The spacious pool (8 × 3.5 meters) is 100% private and belongs only to you during your stay. From April to October, we offer pool heating upon request (the fee of €210 per week exactly covers our energy costs) so you can swim at pleasant temperatures even in the off-season. It is also a saltwater pool, which is particularly gentle on the eyes and skin and uses almost no chemicals. Don't worry: The salt concentration is so low that you barely notice it in the water – completely different from the ocean!

We believe in full transparency, without hidden extras. The booking price fully includes fast WiFi, premium TV (Netflix, Disney+, plus all major European soccer leagues & NFL Selects), private parking (including a 22kW EV charging station, billed by consumption), pool and beach towels, high-quality toiletries, and basic coffee and cooking supplies. For stays of a week or more, weekly cleaning is also included.

Our standard cancellation policy for direct bookings is as follows:

Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 30 days before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 29 days and 8 days prior to the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date.

Note: During High Season (July & August), the full refund period is extended to 60 days before check-in.

Yes. All bedrooms and living areas feature modern, quiet air conditioning for the summer months. For comfortable winter stays, the villa is also equipped with underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a beautiful fireplace.

Local mini-markets and fresh fish stalls in Brejos and Carvalhal are just a 5-minute drive away, while larger supermarkets are reachable in about 20 minutes (a new local Lidl is currently being built and expected to open this fall). Yes, reliable babysitting services can be arranged upon request. To help you enjoy a quiet evening out or an uninterrupted round of golf, we have curated a list of trusted local babysitters and professional agencies in our digital guest guide. Since availability can vary—especially during the high season—we recommend coordinating with us or contacting the service providers well in advance of your stay.

The house features fast fiber-optic internet and stable WiFi (>200Mbps in all rooms) and a Sonos sound system indoors and outdoors. The smart TVs in the bedrooms offer Netflix and Prime Video. The main TV in the living room also has premium sports channels (incl. European soccer leagues and NFL Selects).

The kitchen is fully equipped for hobby chefs, including a portafilter machine with a coffee grinder (and a Nespresso machine as an alternative), high-quality knives and more or less any kitchen appliance you can think of. For your workout, basic fitness equipment such as yoga mats, kettlebells, fitness bands, and foam rollers are available.
